We work together: I assess your business, your goals and your needs, and then we strategize the plan, and I help you implement the most important steps first, and then work through the next steps to reach your goals. We work so you can have the successful massage practice you dream of! I will help you end your struggle... This Starter Package Gets You 5 Hours of 1-on-1 coaching! Package Includes: One hour Initial Consultation & Assessment: I look at What You Are Doing and Where You Want To Go. I will email you a written questionnaire to help you too! Then I set up a game plan for you. Four additional hours of coaching time. 4 hours of coaching are to be used within a month, in weekly or twice a week sessions Website Analysis During one of your coaching sessions, if you have a web site, it is important that we take time to look at how to improve, tweek, up-date and enhance it to grow your practice. Homework Assignments We will discuss the action steps you will do to make the changes needed. Then you report back to me at the next session and we strategize from there to the next best step for you to take. Free on-going Email You have contact with me via email for quick questions or hicups during your coaching period, to help you through all the steps. I hold mostly group coaching sessions now, as that is a better use of my time, but I still know some therapists want my individual attention and guidance and I am happy to make that available, on a limited basis. My standard rate for one-on-one coaching is $250/ hour for individual hour of business coaching ... But because I want to be able to help you financially, with this Starter Package, my rate goes down quite a bit. Only $115/ hour.  (You save $175./hour!)  We structure your coaching sessions in hour time blocks, either once or twice a week. You can choose to set your sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays and will be arranged in advance for the 5 sessions through my office, based on both our calendar.

I know hiring me as a coach is a big investment, not only in your money, but more importantly, in your time.
